CCL rescues member from Policy Custody

CCL director, Juliet Katongole ( R) and staff of Lady Mermain Bureau after rescuing a member Winnie from Police Custody at Kawempe Police Station. Cops arrested Winnie and charged her with being idle and disorderly.
